NaviDKD is a Lab Developed Test (LDT) developed and its performance characteristics were determined by Journey Biosciences. NaviDKD is performed in a CLIA certified laboratory and is intended for clinical purposes. NaviDKD has not been cleared by the US Food and Drug Administration. NaviDKD has been clinically validated and indicated for use as an aid to predict patients at risk for developing Diabetes-Related Kidney Disease (DKD) at a time in its development when appropriate preventative treatments can be initiated. NaviDKD is indicated for use in individuals 18 years of age or older diagnosed with Type 1, Type 2 or LADA diabetes.
